Terms of Service

1. Invitation-Only Community & Eligibility

Wrati is designed exclusively for verified, intentional connections. Membership is by invitation or application only. To be eligible to register an account and build a profile:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must have the capacity to form a binding contract.
• You must not have been convicted of any indictable offense, sexual abuse, or violent crime.
• You must not have been previously suspended or removed from our community network.

2. Identity Verification & Account Safety

To preserve the integrity and safety of our private network, all applicants and members undergo verification. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information (including name, age, and photos).
• Submit to our validation standards, which may include selfie verification or multi-factor authentication.
• Maintain the absolute confidentiality of your credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
• Immediately report any unauthorized access or security breach to support@wrati.com.

3. Code of Conduct & Respect Guidelines

Our core mission is to foster respectful, intentional connections. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse. You explicitly agree NOT to:

• Create duplicate, false, or misleading profiles.
• Harass, intimidate, stalk, defame, or abuse other community members.
• Publish or transmit any content that is sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or unlawful.
• Solicit money, financial resources, or commercial services from other members.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or software to extract data or manipulate matches.

4. Content Ownership & Rights

You retain ownership of the content and profile details you upload. However, by uploading content to Wrati, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of running and improving matchmaking services.

All proprietary code, branding, layouts, logos, designs, database systems, and trade secrets remain the exclusive property of Wrati TM.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to investigate, review, restrict, or terminate any member account without refund or prior notice if we determine that:

• You have breached these Terms of Service.
• Your behavior inside or outside the community compromises member safety or comfort.
• A verified report or grievance is filed against you by another user.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Wrati provides matchmaking and networking services "as is" and "as available". We do not perform criminal background checks on all members and do not guarantee matching success or compatibility.

Under no circumstances shall Wrati, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from online communications, offline meetings, or matches formed through our platform.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
