Trust & Safety
What happens when you submit a safety report, how decisions are made, and what we deliberately do not do.
Every stage has a name, and the names matter. A report is not a finding, and a finding is not a conviction.
Someone submits a safety report about content or behaviour. Reporting is available in-product and through the grievance route.
The report is recorded as an allegation — an account of what someone experienced. At this stage nothing has been established.
The allegation is reviewed against Wrati's policies, alongside any evidence submitted and relevant platform signals.
A decision is recorded: no action, a warning, a content removal, a restriction, or account suspension — proportionate to what the review found.
A decision can be contested. A self-service appeals flow is not yet built; until it is, the grievance route reaches a person who can review the outcome.
If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. For anything on the platform:
Our Grievance Officer, Varsha Thakur, is reachable on +91 85275 22688 (phone and WhatsApp), 10:00 – 14:00 IST, daily.
