• Verification Details: To maintain community safety, we require selfie verification. These images are processed securely and temporary facial hashes are used strictly for identity confirmation before being deleted.
• Location Information: With your explicit consent, we process location data (GPS coordinates) to recommend match options nearby. You can enable or disable location tracking anytime in your device settings.
• Chat & Communication: We store messaging history, matches, interactions, blocks, and reports to facilitate secure and uninterrupted communications.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to run the Wrati network and optimize connections:

• To calculate and suggest matching recommendations using our proprietary algorithms.
• To verify your identity and prevent spam, fake accounts, or illicit behavior.
• To offer support, address user grievances, and resolve technical issues.
• To improve our features, interface, and matching precision based on aggregated analytics.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third-party advertisers. Your information is only shared under the following limited circumstances:

• With Other Members: Other verified community members can see your profile details, photos, and match compatibility statistics as permitted by your privacy visibility settings.
• Service Providers: We may share data with vetted technical vendors (e.g., SMS verification gateways, database hosts) acting strictly under confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose data if required by applicable Indian or international law, court order, or formal request from law enforcement agencies.

4. Security Measures & Retention

All databases, messaging logs, and location coordinates are protected with industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest). We implement strict access controls to limit data access to authorized personnel only.

We retain your information as long as your account remains active. Upon request, or when you delete your account, your profile, photos, and chat histories are permanently purged from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

You are in control of your data. Under privacy regulations, you have the following rights:

• Access & Export: You can request a copy of the personal data we store about you.
