Deleting your account removes your profile from Wrati immediately. Your record is then held for a limited period before being permanently purged, along with the data linked to it.

Your profile details, photos, preferences and intentions can be edited directly at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

Control who can message you, whether read receipts and your typing indicator are shared, whether your online status is visible, and whether your messages can be forwarded.

Turn off promotional email at any time, from your settings or the unsubscribe link in any marketing message. Withdrawing consent does not affect payment receipts or security notices, which are not marketing.

A self-service export is not yet available. Until it is, you can request a copy of your personal data through the contacts below and it will be handled manually.

Backend requirement: a data-export service that assembles account, profile, communication metadata and safety records into a portable file, with authenticated, expiring delivery.

There is no self-service appeals flow yet. If a decision has affected your account and you believe it was wrong, raise it through the grievance route and a person will review it.

Backend requirement: an appeals record linked to the moderation decision, with reviewer assignment, outcome and an audit trail.
