“Interested in” decides who appears in your Discover feed. It is not displayed to other members. Adding your orientation to your profile is optional, and you can remove it at any time.
Incognito browsing keeps you out of discovery while you look around, and you can pause your account whenever you want a break.
Verified people, not catfish
Members verify with a live selfie, and the verified badge shows who has done it. You can choose to see verified members only. Messages that ask for money or push for contact details too early are stopped before they reach you.
Safety comes before features
In countries where same-sex relationships are against the law, same-sex matching on Wrati is switched off, and profiles located there are not shown to members of the same gender abroad. We would rather offer less than put a member at risk.
In a few countries, same-sex matching is part of Wrati Private, our privacy-first membership. The app tells you before you choose anything.
Meet safely
Wrati verifies selfies, phone numbers and IDs, and removes fake profiles we find — but no app can guarantee every member’s identity or intentions. Talk in the app and on a video call first, meet in a public place, tell a friend where you are going, never send money, and report anything that feels wrong.

Wrati is a dating, friendship and marriage platform for everyone. You can choose to meet men, women or everyone, and your orientation is only shown if you add it to your profile yourself.
Is same-sex matching free?
In most countries, yes. In a few countries it is part of Wrati Private, and the app shows you this before you choose. Where same-sex relationships are against the law it is not available at all, to protect members.
Will people know my orientation?
Not from Wrati unless you choose to show it. Who you are interested in is used only to build your own feed, and incognito lets you browse without appearing in discovery.
